[imp] change of textarea behavior in 3.2.2 compose window?

Hey -

We got a report that the big composition textarea on the compose screen doesn't
word wrap in NS 4.x (on Win95, no les) in 3.2.2. 

I know NS 4.x is old, stupid and evil, but did the textarea behavior change
between 3.2.1 and 3.2.2?  The complaining user seems to think so.
