[imp] imp 3.2.2 and php 4.3.3 not display summary of attachments

According to my problem with display the mime parts into IMP 3.2.2,
the problem was that the c-client headers were not update for me, and still
i compile libphp with the old header (4.7) and the new c-client lib.

Sorry for any inconvenence, the kit of:apache 2.0.47+php 4.3.3+horde
2.2.4+imp 3.2.2+imap2003 c-client runs ok.
