[imp] imp-4.0 cvs problems

Great! Now I can see my Inbox and the "Options" :)

But, I can see only my INBOX! All my other folders are not shown and I can't
create new folders. Where can I setup this? With imp 3.2.2 all is working fine,
and I think it's not an error on the imap service (courier).
