[imp] problem sending mail to local users

hi
i'm working with horde3 & imp 4 ... 
with sendmail (on the local machine) (redhat 9) 
sending mail to another domain work's ok but
sending mail to user at the local domain ...
the "system " is trying to make "relay" to 127.0.0.1 
but my sendmail is not there ..
sending mail  from the command line (telnet 10.0.0.3 25) work ok
