[imp] gettext, language, po files

I have a little problem !
 
my imp use italian language, but sometimes any words are in english.
 
for example when i compose a message the button for send is"Send Message" instead "Invia Messaggio".
 
what can i do for resolve it?
 
i had try to modify the file it_IT.po without difference!
 
can someone help me?!
