[imp] attachments (wvHtml)

What is the current/proper way to call wvHtml.  I've tried the syntax
listed in the FAQ and it doesn't work for me.  (
http://www.horde.org/faq/admin/prereq/index.php#p16 )
According to comments found when Googling through maillists it appears as
if they "change their syntax with each release", in reverence to the
wvWare team.

My Environment:
Horde: 2.2.3
IMP: 3.2.1

wvHtml 0.7.6 from FreeBSD ports tree.

Any help is appreciated!
