[imp] Viewing attachments in IE6 with compress_pages=true

When I have the following line set to true, I can click to SAVE an
attachment, but not to view it. If I click to view it, I am present with an
Open/Save dialog box for the file view.php.

>From config/horde.php:

  $conf['compress_pages'] = true;

I read the following thread because it is referenced in horde.php, but it
doesn't SEEM to apply to my problem.
