[imp] IMP 3.2.2 and special characters in folder names - stillnot working

Well that doesn't surprise me... After all---it is Microsoft. :)

I have all the latest updates... I'll try to see what might repair it and
report back if I find an answer.

Then this browser is broken. It sends an UTF-8 encoded request though we
explicitely tell him to use ISO-8859-1 (in your case).
