[imp] problems with gnupg and imp

hi all,

thanks to michael for his answer. that fixed my original problem.

but now i have a new one: one user (myself) can import other public keys both by
uploading a file and by copying the key. any other user can only generate his
own private and public key. when he tries to import a public key, the browser
does not respond anymore (both opera 7.21 and ie 6) after he pressed "import
key". the user must close the browser and log in again.

does anyone know why this happens?
