[imp] Admin for horde

Has anyone come across or made a user administration module for imp or horde
that has server admin, domain admin, and user roles.  Such that domain
admins can add/remove users to there domain and be restricted to that
domains settings.

The admin that comes with the HEAD version of Horde and IMP is great but it
works for a single domain environment.  I'm needing to use Horde for a
multi-domain environment, and delegate user creation to other people.

Any information about obtaining or creating this would be terrific.
