[imp] Error msg at login time

Good Morning,

We are using  
Horde: 2.2.4 
IMP: 3.2.2 
Turba: 1.2.1 
Kronolith: 1.1 
Troll: 0.0.2 

After login in, auth is handled by IMP and imap, some users
get the error message :

Notice: (null)(): [ALERT] Fatal error: TOO MANY CONSECUTIVE PROTOCOL VIOLATIONS: in Unknown on line 0

shown in the screen where normaly the coloums for Inbox and Calender
show up.

It doesnt't hit all users, only a few, and i haven't noticed some
common things.

Any ideas ?
