This script allows you to upgrade your database from Horde 1.x/IMP 2.x format 
(horde.imp_addr, horde.imp_pref) to Horde 2.x/IMP 3.x format.  If this is the 
first time you've installed Horde and IMP, you don't need to run imp2horde.pl 
and imp2turba.pl.
