Yes.  It should be more than enough for 100+ users.  You may still want
to tweak the config some though (e.g. RHEL php doesn't have mcrypt, you
may want to add a php accelerator, etc).  The better you can tune it, the
happier you will be.  But the machine should be more than enough for your
load even without any tuning.
