[imp] mailbox.php oddity/bug?

I'm only using one browser window when this happens, so I'm not
changing the folder elsewhere.  It acts like the mailbox change
does not take effect under certain conditions (although I can't
say what conditions exactly -- I can't get it to "perform" on demand
yet).
