[imp] Empty email folders/directories...

I recently downloaded the CVS HEAD version of Horde and IMP. Everything worked
but, I can not veiw any email. In other words, all my folders are there but no
emails. Specifically, the emails are there but horde can not view it...Has
anyone seen this problem before?
