Most likely cause is that you have a bad/incompatible c-client linked in
your php.  Trying a new c-client or new php version may fix that.

Second most likely cause is an error somewhere.  This kind error may show
up in any of the Horde logs, your system logs, your mail software logs,
your web server logs, or even in the returned html itself (use your browser's
"view source" or equivalent command to see the page source and look for any
errors, problems, or clues).
