[imp] small bug in login.inc (fixed)

Hello,

I'm looking at CVS HEAD. In the file imp/templates/login/login.inc there 
are two <table> tags but only one closing </table>. This prevents the login 
page from showing up at all in older Netscape versions (4.7x).

I'm not attaching a patch because I have a file that's a couple weeks old. 
It appears you can just put another </table> where the first one is.
