[imp] yet another folder problem

Hi folks,

sorry about bothering you again with folders...

I running debian/horde HEAD/IMP HEAD. And the courier with Maildir.
Only the INBOX appears, no other folders (which are present).
I tried all of the variations in servers.php:

'folders' => 'INBOX.', with namespace emty
'folders' => 'Maildir/', with namespace emty
'folders' => 'INBOX.', with folders empty
'folders' => 'Maildir/', with folders empty

also the allow-folders is true.

what is wrong? Is there another option I didn't get?
