[imp] cancel icons like "folders" from imp-main-page

we use in IMP 3.2.2 the "accounts" menu to  put all the commands wath we dont
need every time. See:
$conf['menu']['apps'] = array('imp', 'kronolith', 'vacation', 'forwards' ,
'logout');

I want to put there the icons "folders"  "settings" "help" to and delete this
settings from the imp-main page.

How can i do that, i dont found nothing about in the conf.php
