[imp] Problems sending attachments

It is just set to false... I think it is the default...
I tried to set it to true but uploads are again stored in /tmp  with no 
changes
It seems that it has no effect...

I have created images of various size and it seems I can't send them
if they are greater than ~820KB... if they are creater (>~830 KB) imp 
returns a blank compose page...
