We've had pretty good luck with CoyotePoint's Equalizer E350
(http://coyotepoint.com).  We have ~50K mail accounts and support our webmail
load across 3 servers (2-way 2.4GHz Dell 2600's w/ 4GB RAM) sitting behind the
E350.
