[imp] thumbnail preview of many images

The problem is the image file names are given in the header, but in the footer
the text says "A large image is attached to this message.  Click HERE to view a
thumbnail of this image." and you don't know which "Click HERE" goes with which
image file.

The simple solution is to adjust the text in the footer to include the file
name.  Thus, for example, "A large image named cataclysm_1024.jpg is attached to
this message.  Click HERE to view a thumbnail of this image."
