[imp] wrong count of messages in IMP summary

hi all

many time i spend to install and configure in horde with 
the
module imp . now i have a problem , that is allready 
discuse i the mail archive , but without no solution .

PROBLEM :
in the imp message summary window , i see only one message 
. the count of messages is correct displayed .
when i delete this one displayed message , the count of 
messages reset to zero and after that , IMP do not see any 
messages in the summary page . on the mailserver , all 
messages are there . why ?

my installed versions :

- horde 2.2.4
- imp 3.2.2
- php 4.3.4 - imap c-client 2003
- eXtreme Mailserver v1.5 (imap)
- solaris 8 on sparc


i have compiled php with all the required modules and 
options . also i attemped to take differnent version of 
imap and php . without any solution . . . . :-(
