[imp] Address book in compose window

This can be a solution for the MySQL Address Book because it's a per-user
address book  but for the LDAP Address Book it is not possible because IMP
shares the LDAP server with other application. Then it is not possible to
invert fist and last name in LDAP.

what i would do (if it is still possible is to invert first names and last
names manually or in the mysql database by doing a "alter table modify value
name first_name to last_name" and vice-versa.
