[imp] Folder tree problem

If I have a mailbox with submailboxes (as possible with Cyrus) and am
subscribed to the children but not to the containing mailbox, the whole
substree with this mailbox is not displayed. This is when not showing
unsubscribed folders of course.
It used to be a not selectable (openable) but expandable mailbox (or folder
when we still had different icons for folders and mailboxes).
