[imp] IMP and Windows System

Hi Edward,

There's no specific IMP for Windows OS. You only need to have a web server with 
PHP4.

You can always get the latest Horde here: (current latest version is 2.2.4)
ftp://ftp.horde.org/pub/horde/

And the latest IMP here: (current latest version is 3.2.2)
ftp://ftp.horde.org/pub/imp/

Btw, theoretically, you can use MSSQL with IMP. But I haven't tried it. You may 
refer to the comments in the configuration files of Horde and IMP.
