[imp] IMP and Windows System

But different users need different languages, so I think need to modify and
compile the relation files ( horde/po/* )...

In this days, I have ever install the horde under Win32 ( Windows 2000 pro )
with MS-SQL 2000, but when I run the "test.php" file with browser, there is no
any message result !

Actually, I want to know how can we install ( Right way ! ) IMP WebMail System
under Windows System ( Win32 )...
So, I hope you can help !
