[imp] Question of Charset of unicode ( Database ) by using IMP/Horde

Dear You,

The System is Fedora Core 1 ( Redhat Linux Fedora )...

Horde Versions

    Horde: 2.2.4
    IMP: 3.2.2 (run IMP tests)

When I test IMP :
http://domain_name/horde/imp/test.php

Try to modify personal info ( option ), after store some of data ( by
using other language ) to database ( MS-SQL 2000 ), then search the
result of data, but the charset is bug !

Now, I'm seeking the solution ( may be problem of php or other ) on the
net...

Also need your help !
