[imp] flag & folders trouble

pop3 only supports inbox; that is pop3 doesn't support folders.

Then you need to switch to imap instead of pop3, or use a local pop3
client that implments its own (host based, not server based) folders.

Pop3 doesn't support flags; you need imap for that.

You need to understand the difference between pop3 and imap.  If you really
want folders and flags, you need to switch to imap.
