[imp] IMP, compose mail in same window

It is a preference.  Each user can set it via their preferences interface,
or you can set a global default by editing horde/imp/config/prefs.php

Probably a browser and/or server bug.  You can usually try to program
your server to work around this.  In any case it isn't likely a horde/imp
problem, but a browser/web-server issue.
