[imp] Compose window with IE

Using HEAD.
I have a user who is loggin in via Internet Explorer.  When he sends mail, 
the compose window goes blank but does not close.  If he closes it, it 
logs him out of horde.  Is there anything I can do to correct this behavior?
(besides telling him not to use IE)
