[imp] use of expanded_folders pref

IMP currently doesn't use portnumbers (or any server variables at all) in the
'expanded_folders' preference so any port numbers that are in there are
preference artifacts and can be removed.

All that is stored in the 'expanded_folders' preference at present is a 
list of
mailbox names.
