[imp] Login Problem

Hey all.  I am having a problem logging into Horde using Imp for
authentication.  I am currently using the newest version of the
application on Apache 1.3 and PHP 4.3.3.  
The issue seems to be when I fill in the values for imp/login.php and
hit login, whatever is sent to imp/redirect.php is not picked up so it
skips all the logic and pulls up the login page again.  Everything is
setup correctly in config/registry.php and all the aliases in my apache
config.  There are no errors or anything.  If you're using mozilla, it
looks like the page refreshes.  In IE, it gives either page cannot be
displayed, or an empty login page depending on the version.  If you
follow the link below and try any log in criteria, you can see the
issue.  It doesn't matter what login information is used, as it doesn't
get as far as authenticating user ID/password.  I have tried everything,
please offer any assistance you can, I would really appreciate it.
