[imp] Mime (magic) trouble (HEAD)

Regarding HEAD:

When attaching a (binairy) file with an unknown mimetype, this file is attached
as text/plain. With the standard magic file from Apache (1.3.28) even a dos
executable is marked as text/plain! Using a more extensive magic file solves
some of this, but not all. When a binairy file is attached as text/plain, the
message size becomes very big! Did I miss something or is this a bug?
