[imp] Already Defined Pear Info?

Any suggestions on what I can do to fix it? I tried rewriting the php.ini
file, no luck, do I need to reinstall php? Everything else seems to be
working perfectly. Any idea what the require_once/include_once functiosn
depend on?

This is a symptom of a pretty badly broken PHP - require_once/include_once
are
not working properly.
