[imp] Trying to install IMP 3.0 Update

OK get that fixed need to update my Pear had the wrong version. And IMAP was not runnning.

Now for mysql - it shows as running when running ps aux and I can connect the data base
but horde/test.php says no
and this also says no mysql

Since I checked and phptype is configured for mysql...
