[imp] User Preferences in Horde

Hi:

I have set up Horde with Imp, passwd, and a few other modules.  I am
using MySQL for the backend.  I can't figure out how to set preferences
for mail accounts.  The Options panel doesn't include that particular
option.  Right now, horde is authenticating users via the passwd file on
the computer.  How do I add users to the mysql database and use that for
authentication instead?
