[imp] error message for a single user

using HEAD.  I have a single user who gets the following error messages we
attempts to send a message in the compose window:

Warning: Missing argument 2 for encode() in
/usr/share/pear/Horde/MIME/Message.php on line 129

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output
started at /usr/share/pear/Horde/MIME/Message.php:129) in
/var/www/html/mail/horde/imp/compose.php on line 928

The message appears to go however.  Ideas?
