[imp] IMP 4.0 Alpha Performace Issues

All,

I have just finished a new install of a pre-production (not stable yet)
horde/imp solution for my users. I was just wondering if I I am the only one
that was seeing performace degredation. Are there any type of options that I
can turn off or disable to help speed things up? Also, how do I go about having
the mail screen being the default upon login. Like the current version of imp
is? Thank you in advance for all your help.
