[imp] error in imp/lib/MIME/Viewer/itip.php ???

When trying to accept a meeting request I get a couple of warnings/errors.

One is:
Notice: Undefined variable: barefrom in
/var/www/html/horde/imp/lib/MIME/Viewer/itip.php on line 262

The fix??  for this is in the attached patch file

I also get a warning:
Warning: Missing argument 2 for encode() in
/usr/share/pear/Horde/MIME/Message.php on line 129

haven't debugged this one yet.

This is all on a fairly recent CVS code.
