[imp] Message view with 8-bit chars broken

Hi dear devs!

I have a bug here when viewing messages with 8-bit chars.

The mail I have here is multipart/alternative and the failed part has
this header:

Content-Type: text/plain;
	charset="iso-8859-1"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit

Then in the content of this part there are 8-bit chars (in my case
german umlauts). These are shown as question marks, so I assume an
utf-8 conversion problem hitting again.
