[imp] IMP 4.0 ALPHA, missing RAR from mime_drivers

Hola!

Any particular reason RAR disappeared from the mime_drivers? Or am I 
just confused and forgot that I only added it to my local copy in the 
previous version(s) of IMP.. ?
