you could avoid this frequent recurrence rather easily by changing your mailman 
settings for this list to munge the reply-to. i do this on several lists i run 
and the emails come with a "From:" of the sender but when people hit Reply it 
goes back to the whole list.  Much more convenient and avoids people frequently 
and accidentally sending email to just the person that replied to them.
