[imp] Horde Menu?

Now I'm extremely confised.

I downloaded  the -latest tarballs for Horde, IMP, and Turba, and 
installed them in $DOCUMENT_ROOT/horde-20040507, with the existing 
installation in /horde.

When I access /horde-20040507 I see the bottom menu frame. 

When I move /horde to /horde-prev and copy /horde-20040507 to /horde, I 
get the bottom frame if I access /horde-20040507 but not if I access /horde.
