[imp] How about an 'All Addressbooks' feature?

In an effort to make the 'Address Book' feature from the Compose message screen
more useful perhaps the pop up could have an 'All Addressbooks' choice in
addition to the individual addressbooks?

I've hacked the code in 'contacts.php' to do this.

Is anyone else interested in this feature? I could post the code snippets if
there is interest.
