I'm forcing SSL on the connection, BTW.  Is there a way to check the HTTP 
headers in IE?  The web server is Apache 1.3 with PHP 4.1.2-7.3.6.  Is there a 
setting in httpd.conf or php.ini that could be overriding the cache control headers?
