[imp] spell checker not working

Hi,

I am using the latest HEAD and it seems the spell ckecker is not working
properly. After clicking on spell check, the screen returned is the one when
there is no errors. I have checked that "SAFE mode" in php is not the culprit
and that a test shell script intead of /usr/bin/aspell is being run.

Any pointers on where to look.
