[imp] IMP and WAI Guidlines

Does IMP have a web accessibility guidlines [1] rating?
Does it conform to level 1 or level 2?

Some people at our Uni here have been making noise saying
our webmail system doesn't conform to the web accessibility
guidlines for disabled users. It could be some modification
to IMP I have done. How does the a base install of IMP fair
in this regard?
