[imp] IMAP uses 100% CPU, when refreshing folders

I have the same problem.  CVS as of right now.

I fixed this by reverting framework/IMAP/IMAP/Tree.php to this revsision.

Also, looks like the package.xml file for the IMAP and VC packages have
<date>2004-xx-xx</date>

Which seems to be generating an error w/ install-packages.php

warning : the following errors were found:
invalid release date `2004-xx-xx', format is YYYY-MM-DD

Anyone else?
