[imp] IMP Folders problem

I am testing the alpha line of the horde framework. 
Everything works smoothly except for one thing.  When
a users goes to folders.php the system only shows the
folders from sent-mail on (only folders that are
alphabetacally after sent-mail are available).  The
dropdown list of folders shows all the folders but not
the list that actions can be performed on.

Has anyone seen this or know of a way to fix it?
